The satisfaction of completion

Feels like this week has gone past extremely fast...not a bad thing. But it just reinforces the thought in me that time is something that can't be taken for granted.

MIFA Asia Magic Gala dinner and Stylo X falls on the same week; back to back. Can't wait.

Dreamgirl has finally come back again with auditions! More to laugh about :)

There are so many things I wanna say. But no words can describe how I feel now. I think I'm goin through a transitional period where I'm really starting to find out what I enjoy doing and what I don't. You may think that you really enjoy something then you start realising that you're actually forcing yourself to like it. Am I really feeling this way? ....I don't know.

Finally had a proper girl's night out. Really had fun with the girls on Saturday night (really wish PW and fi were there too). I must say it was a memorable one..will never forget what had happened towards the end of the night.

Can't wait for HK in less than 3 weeks! :) mm...lan kwai fong... ;)

Dream come true

Someone please pinch me. I still can't believe it. I've been waiting for 15 years and finally the day has come...finally got a shot with Sammi. Although I couldn't take it with my camera, it was still a dream come true for me to even get close to her...not to mention her putting her arms around me tightly while taking the photo. Never in my life would I have thought this would actually happen even though it was only for about 5 seconds.

I reached out my hand to hers for a shake and was too shocked I didn't know what to say but 'how are you'...she returned with a firm handshake and the sweetest smile and said "I'm goooooooooood". After the shot, I said well done on the show, where she reached out her hand again. Too bad I couldn't get it on my camera but the picture would be sent to me soon. Will post it up when I get it.

To make it up, we walked out and waited for her to come out so I can get a closeup shot of her on my camera as shown above.

She gave me eye contact and waved goodbye.

Well, that was the highlight of the weekend :)

A new season, new players, new coach, a new Chelsea.
It's been a pleasure to watch them win every single game.

It's Friday again...time flies, seriously. I fell sick on Monday..almost fainted at the roadshow but managed to survive through it until darkness came. I knocked on 3 clinics that night while I was dying but no doctors wanted to see me. Was down with a flu and fever. Think it's a virus that's goin around. Recovering now though. Was craving for a beer the whole week. Managed to peck some yesterday. I think I'm an alcoholic. Oh well.

Weekend's comin...Chelsea & MU...MU? Maybe you could try put yourself back on the table :p

Hello again

It's been a pretty good month and a half back in KL. Though I'm starting to miss Melbourne and the lot back there...a new chapter of my life has begun.

People complain about how work can be really stressful..but I have to say; not when you have the passion for it. Some may be thinking "don't speak too soon"...maybe that's true. But I really do enjoy what I'm doing right now - marketing communications to be specific. I've learnt so much in the past 2 weeks; the whole team is like a family. Comfortable. Though I'm still getting used to the waking up early and what not...I love my job.

Before work started, I have been spending time with my family and getting to know KL once again. Oh yea, I've realised that people in Malaysia stress so much because of the jams and how people maneuver on the roads and highways. Adapting to the road rages.....and weather. There are days when it's so hot you can't feel your head or it can be so gloomy that you just feel like sleeping wherever you are.

To the people in Melbourne; I really miss you guys and I know I'm missin out on all the fun. To the people in KL; I'm home :)
